Missmellow.com employs the highest levels of security to ensure your order is confidential and secure. The industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) assures that your credit card number will be submitted to us in encrypted form.

Delivery and Shipping
To insure the freshest possible mellows, we dip our mellows the day they are being shipped out. This will insure you will receive the freshest dipped marshmallows. We ship our products year-round throughout the United States only. We do not ship outside the United States.
Our mellows are packaged to stay fresh and cool for up to 72 hours from the time of shipment. Marshmallows are best if consumed within 5 days of receipt. Mellows are best at room temperature but can be refrigerated. For residential addresses our carriers will leave packages at the front door if no one is home. If a package is being shipped to a business our carries will deliver to the shipping and receiving department. We require all orders to have the recipient's telephone number and U.S. street address. It is your responsibility to let the recipient know of the perishable shipment being sent to them.
SHIPPING RATES Except Hawaii and Alaska
We offer shipping for a Flat Rate of only $8.00 to ALL CALIFORINA orders and $15 Flat Rate for ALL OTHER STATES but Hawaii and Alaska(seebelow for rates to those states). Miss Mellow marshmallows are shipped via Fed Ex Next Day Air or a local delivery courier (if located in Placer County, CA and some parts of Sacramento County, CA). Miss Mellows marshmallows will arrive the next day from date of shippment. There might be a delay for remote areas.
During warm weather months April to October we will include a ice pack at no additional charge.
HAWAII AND ALASKA SHIPPING
Miss Mellow marshmallows are shippid via Fed Ex Next Day Air to Hawaii and Alaska. Miss Mellow marshmallows will arrive within 2 days from date of shippment. There might be a delay for remote areas.
Shipping rates for all destinations with Hawai and Alaska are provided during checkout. During warm weather months April to October we will include a ice pack at no additional charge.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
Due to high temperatures certain times of the year we will add an additional cooling pack to insure your mellows arrive fresh and unmelted. During warm months from April to October, Miss Mellow uses gel ice packs with all orders. There is no additional charge for warm weather shiping. The ice packs are recyclable, reusable and yours to keep. This will ensure the freshest marshmallows and unmelted chocolate.
Our carriers deliver Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Orders that are placed after 9am Pacific Standard Time on Thursday,Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. This will avoid having the chocolates sit in a shipping hub over the weekend. Our carries do not delivery on New Years Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Presidents Day.
Unless a date is specified, orders received before 9 am (Pacific Standard Time) are processed that day and are shipped the following day. Any orders received after 9 am will be processed the following day.
Orders may be placed in advance for future delivery for up to 1 year.
PLEASE NOTE: We make every attempt to ensure that your order arrives on or before the date that you request. However, we cannot be responsible for late packages due to circumstances beyond our control such as: incorrect or incomplete addresses, adverse weather, natural disasters, or disruptions in air or ground transportation networks to name a few. For this reason, it is always best to request early delivery, especially during holidays.
